Jon Gosselin stood in front of a judge to ask that his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin didn't take all 8 of their kids to Australia for New Years.
Apparently, Jon was supposed to have them for the holiday, but the changes have been made because it is "work related", and they are all going to be down under for the holiday!
Aren't these kids a little too young to be working....why do they have to go too? Kate should go by herself and leave the kids to Jon, it was his turn anyways!
